If your rented equipment breaks or stops working, call the main office immediately! It is important that we maintain high-quality equipment and make any repairs as soon as possible to ensure and maintain our high quality of excellence.
We understand that some jobs take longer than expected and the amount of time needed to rent a piece of equipment may need to be increased. If you need an extension on a piece of rental equipment, please call us at: (586) 755-5454 to reserve the equipment for a longer time period.
All pieces of rental equipment come with a "Damage Charge Waiver." The Damage Charge Waiver is placed on all rentals and protects you from accidental damage to any piece of rented equipment.
At this time, 9 Mile Rent-All does not have a rent-to-own program. However, we do have affiliated companies that we can recommend if needed.
To rent a piece of equipment, two pieces of ID are required, one of which must be a drivers license. The other piece of ID can either be a credit card or vehicle registration. If renting a piece of towing equipment, you must provide a valid drivers license and vehicle registration as your two forms of identification. Deposits are required for each piece of rental equipment. The deposit amount varies upon the piece of equipment rented. Deposit can be paid by cash or credit card and are refundable after equipment is turned in. Contact our main office for deposit quotes or specific questions regarding deposit at: (586) 755-5454.
There is no limit on how many pieces of equipment can be rented at one given time. Please contact our office ahead of time for specific questions regarding large rental requests. Monday thru Saturday: 7 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday (seasonal from Easter to Christmas): 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. |
